What brought you to Fanshawe?

While in my grade eleven parenting class, I had the opportunity to learn all that it means to be a 'doula', and I immediately knew I wanted to attend Fanshawe College for the Doula Studies Program. At the time, it was the only school in ON that offered this program!

Tell us about your favourite Fanshawe experience.

My favourite experience when I think about Fanshawe is all of the opportunities I have had where I have been able to truly connect with those around me. I have been able to learn, grow, and find my independence, while gaining a family

What impact has Fanshawe had on your life?

Fanshawe has impacted my life immensely! It has helped me in numerous ways, and has allowed for me to feel seen and heard! It has had such a positive impact, and I couldn't be more grateful to have attended Fanshawe College.

What are you up to now?

I am working on starting my own Doula business, called Milk and Doula :) and am continuously educating myself and remaining trauma-informed in all that I do. I am currently taking the CYC program as well and love it so much!!
