What brought you to Fanshawe?

I had just recently moved to London after living abroad for 10 years. I didn't know where to go to school but heard so many good things about Fanshawe I decided to apply there.

Tell us about your favourite Fanshawe experience.

Despite completing my last semester in a pandemic it was great! I felt it incredibly beneficial that all of my professors had years of experience in the field and were now at Fanshawe teaching. I always felt that Fanshawe had plenty of resources for their students.

What impact has Fanshawe had on your life?

Fanshawe gave me the skills I needed for my career. Like many programs, I had to complete several work placements. My first work placement lead to me getting a job in my field before even graduating.

What are you up to now?

Now, I continue to work as an RECE for London Bridge Childcare Services. I am also attending Brescia this fall and completing a bachelors in Family studies and human development and hope to one day become a social worker.
